The scraper blender is a next-generation blender that rethinks how blenders should work. Throwing out the conventional wisdom that blades need to move fast, the blender uses low-speed rotation, which is quieter than traditional versions. A scraper stirs the ingredients inside the blending jar, maximizing the blade’s sharpness. In addition, a vacuum function produces beverages with less oxidation of foods allowing them to retain more nutrients.
