The COEVOS intelligent pipetting system derives its unique aesthetic appeal from the rotating magnetic ring on the pipette. By turning the ring with the thumb, the liquid volume can be easily and comfortably adjusted – a process that seems almost playful. To charge the pipettes, they are hung in the charging module. The charging process starts automatically. The control panel, flush-mounted in the charging module, displays all status messages clearly and legibly. The design of the pipetting system fascinated the jury because of “its carefully crafted stylistic elements such as the magnetic ring, which gives the product its distinctive identity.”
