Pause Table2019The Pause Table is a side table to promote the ritual of solitude and self reflection by providing a “Do Not Disturb” charging point for your phone, and storage space for reflective articles. Place it in your living room, next to your bed, or in your private space of solitude.

Custom UX Routine ButtonsWhen your phone is placed on the table it provides custom routine buttons via Google Assistant that reveal via time of day and location, detected by NFC points under the surface. The Do-Not-Disturb Marker also creates separate action points for different moments of Do-Not-Disturb one could activate with one touch.

The table acts as natural place for your phone after your day at work. Pause also maintains a seamless surface that is easy to clean.

Evoke PauseInspired by the experience of Fog, the Pause Table mimics this visual experience with frosted acrylic glass, to evoke the emotion of wanting to pause and disconnect from your devices.

When in solitude some people like to spend quality time alone with a book, or a journal. The table creates room to hold such items. The table surface can swivel over couches, beds, or chairs while also acting as a writing surface for your moments of reflection.
