我国生活着大量的盲人，虽然我国有很多盲道，但盲道的铺设并不令人满意，建筑工人在铺设盲道时常常不会考虑到盲道的实用性。导致很大一部分的盲道都存在着设计不合理、被损坏或被树木等障碍物截断的问题。这样不合理的盲道设计不但帮不了盲人正常出行，甚至可能会威胁到盲人的生命安全。
